At CodeLuminArc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent, customer-friendly refund and cancellation policy for our digital software services.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you experience any technical difficulties or find that the AI Job Application Assistant does not function as intended on supported job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn, Ashby), you are eligible for a full 100% refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@codeluminarc.com with the following information:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • Your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_xxxxxx) or Order ID found on your receipt.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

Our support team reviews and responds to all refund requests within 24 business hours.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your refund is approved by our team:

  • The refund is initiated instantly via Razorpay to your original payment method.
  • UPI Payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): Credited to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Credit / Debit Cards & NetBanking: Reflected on your bank statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

4. Subscription Cancellation (3-Month Plan)

If you subscribed to our 3-Month Recurring Plan (₹500 / 3 months), you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time:

  • You can cancel directly from your Razorpay mandate management or by emailing support@codeluminarc.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain full Pro access until the end of your current 90-day billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

5. Digital Delivery Policy

Because the AI Job Application Assistant is a digital extension and cloud-hosted AI service:

  • No Physical Shipping: No physical product is packaged or shipped.
  • Instant Fulfillment: Your Pro access is activated automatically in our database immediately upon successful payment verification.
  • Confirmation: An automated digital invoice and receipt is dispatched immediately to your email address by Razorpay.
