By installing our Chrome Extension or purchasing a Pro subscription from CodeLuminArc, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

CodeLuminArc operates the AI Job Application Assistant software, including the Chrome browser extension and web services hosted at extension.codeluminarc.com. The software assists job seekers by auto-filling web application forms, parsing resume PDFs, and generating bespoke cover letters with artificial intelligence.

2. User Accounts and Usage Quota

Users may test the application on the free tier with an initial allocation of 5 free logins/usage sessions. To unlock unlimited applications, continuous form autofill, and advanced AI cover letter generation, users must purchase a Pro plan via Razorpay.

  • You agree to provide accurate and active email details during registration and checkout.
  • Accounts and Pro memberships are tied to your registered email address.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and devices.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway:

  • Lifetime Pass: ₹1,500 one-time payment. Grants unlimited Pro access with zero recurring fees or renewal charges.
  • Subscription Plan: ₹500 billed every 3 months (90 days). Grants full Pro access for the active billing cycle.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, and NetBanking across all major Indian banks.

4. Instant Digital Service Delivery

Because the AI Job Application Assistant is digital software, delivery is instantaneous. Upon successful payment verification by Razorpay, your account is immediately flagged as Pro on our server. Returning to the Chrome extension immediately unlocks all Pro features with zero waiting time.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service. While our AI auto-fills fields and formats cover letters based on your profile, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all submitted information on employer websites before clicking submit.

6. Intellectual Property

CodeLuminArc retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI Job Application Assistant software, code, algorithms, website design, and trademarks.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For any questions, billing inquiries, or legal notices, contact our support team at support@codeluminarc.com.
